YoungGen Nigeria is seeking a Programmes Manager to drive the design, coordination, and delivery of our youth leadership, civic and policy programmes.

Role Overview

The Programmes Manager will act as the operational anchor for YoungGen’s core programmes. You will ensure timelines, teams, and outputs remain aligned.

• Location: Virtual (Remote).
• Preference: Ibadan-based applicants are strongly preferred for occasional in-person coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution: Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of YoungGen programmes.
• Tracking: Monitor programme timelines, deliverables, and key outputs.
• Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for teen facilitators, volunteers, and teams.
• Documentation: Manage reporting, process documentation, and learning outcomes.
• Flagship Initiatives: Support the implementation of major internal & partnership projects.
